This class is intended to give students with an intermediate command of English a chance to express themselves in a non-threatening classroom environment. Each week we will talk about a topic or issue of interest to the students. For some lessons, the teacher will present the students with a short reading about the topic the week prior to the discussion. Students can read about the topic, and then enjoy discussing it with the teacher the following week. The teacher will also bring in pair and group exercises related to the topic under discussion. Let’s enjoy talking about a variety of issues and topics in English!
